Nine Doors of Gratitude: Our Thanksgiving Treatment Menu, Explained

In short
- The Genesys Thanksgiving promotion is a menu of nine treatments at fixed prices, prepaid online through Square and available at our Manhattan and Bayside clinics through November 28, 2026.
- The nine doors fall into four concerns: texture (doors I to IV), lift (door V), tone (doors VI and VII) and volume (doors VIII and IX). Four of the device treatments add sales tax to the listed price.
- A prepaid treatment is valid for one year from purchase. Suitability is confirmed in person, and if a treatment turns out not to be right for you, the payment can move to a different treatment or become clinic credit.
The Genesys Thanksgiving promotion is a seasonal menu: nine treatments, each behind a numbered door, each at one fixed price that you prepay securely online and then book at whichever of our two NYC clinics suits you. That is the whole idea. The rest of this article is the explanation we would give you at the front desk if you walked in holding the menu and asked, reasonably, where to start.
Most people do not start with the price. They start with a sentence like "my skin looks tired" or "my jawline is not where it was." So this guide is arranged the same way. First a map from concern to door. Then the prices in one table. Then a short, plain description of what is behind each door, drawn from our own treatment pages. Then how prepaying works, the terms in full, and the questions we hear most often.
Nine doors, nine thank-yous. Each one opens onto a single treatment at a single Thanksgiving price.
What is the Genesys Thanksgiving promotion?
Every November we look for a way to thank the people who trust us with their skin. This year it took the shape of nine doors. Behind each one is a treatment we already offer, at a price set only for this season, and the full menu lives on our Thanksgiving promotion page.
Three things make it different from a coupon or a code. You pay in advance, through a Square checkout link for that specific treatment. You choose your location afterward, Manhattan or Bayside, when our team contacts you to book. And nothing about your suitability is decided at checkout. That conversation happens in person, before any treatment begins.
The offer runs through November 28, 2026. After that date the doors close and the prices return to our regular menu.
Which door matches your concern?
Read the menu by what you want to change, not by what costs least. The nine doors group into four concerns, and most people find that only one of the four is really theirs.
| Concern | Doors | What the treatments are designed to address |
|---|---|---|
| Texture | I · II · III · IV | Uneven texture, enlarged pores, light acne scarring, rough or constantly dry skin, loss of glow |
| Lift | V | Mild to moderate laxity on the face, jawline or upper neck |
| Tone | VI · VII | Pigmentation such as blemishes, freckles and age spots; uneven tone |
| Volume | VIII · IX | Fine wrinkles, gradual loss of volume and elasticity |
If two rows describe you, that is normal, and it is exactly what a consultation is for. A provider can tell you which concern to address first, or whether one treatment already covers both. We would rather you prepay one door you are sure of than three you are guessing at.
What does each door cost?
These are the Thanksgiving prices exactly as they appear on our promotion page. For the four device treatments marked "+ tax", sales tax is added at checkout; the price shown does not include it. The four injectable doors are not taxed.
| Door | Treatment | Concern | Thanksgiving price |
|---|---|---|---|
| I | Pico Laser Resurfacing + LDM | Texture | $300 + tax |
| II | Exosome (BENEV) MTS | Texture | $300 + tax |
| III | Skin Botox (Xeomin) | Texture | $200 |
| IV | Skin Botox (K-Tox) | Texture | $150 |
| V | Ultherapy PRIME, 300 lines | Lift | $800 + tax |
| VI | Pico Toning or BBL, 4 sessions | Tone | $750 + tax ($187.50 per session) |
| VII | Pico Toning or BBL, 8 sessions | Tone | $1,000 + tax ($125 per session) |
| VIII | Juvelook, 1 vial | Volume | $500 |
| IX | Radiesse, 1.5 ml | Volume | $600 |
The per-session figures for doors VI and VII are simple division, and they are the clearest example of why reading the menu carefully matters. Eight sessions cost more in total than four, but each session costs a third less. Whether eight is better for you depends on your skin, not on the arithmetic, which is the subject of the tone section below.
Doors III, IV and IX are injectables that we explain in person rather than here. This article does not describe them in detail; if one of them interests you, bring it up at your consultation and a provider will explain whether it fits.
What is behind the texture doors?
Texture is the broadest of the four concerns. It covers the feel of the skin under your fingertips and the way light catches it: pores, roughness, small scars, and the dull, papery look that settles in when the air turns dry.
Door I · Pico Laser Resurfacing + LDM
Door I pairs two treatments that our own pages already connect. Picolite, our picosecond laser, is described as a cosmetic laser treatment used to smooth skin tone and texture, reduce pore size, and treat active acne and light acne scarring, and as encouraging collagen contraction and repair that helps tighten pores. We call the texture-focused use of it Pico Laser Resurfacing. Our Picolite page also notes that performing LDM water drop lifting before and after the laser can support the result. LDM is an ultrasound treatment, and our page for it lists zero downtime among its main benefits.
The aftercare guidance on the Picolite page is worth reading before you choose this door. The skin may become dry, so moisturize carefully. Avoid strong stimulation such as exfoliation or massage for about two weeks. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out.
Door II · Exosome (BENEV) MTS
Door II is for skin that feels more tired than textured. Our Exosome page recommends the treatment for skin that is difficult to manage due to constant dryness, rough and dry texture, a loss of glow and vitality, and skin that becomes stressed easily. MTS refers to delivery through micro-needling; the same page explains that exosomes applied to the skin's surface penetrate poorly on their own, but can pass the outer layer when combined with an in-office micro-needling procedure. BENEV is the exosome product we use.
Doors III and IV · Skin Botox
Two injectable options, Xeomin and K-Tox, sit behind doors III and IV. As noted above, these are discussed in person at consultation.
What is behind the lifting door?
Door V holds Ultherapy PRIME, our micro-focused ultrasound lifting treatment. What sets it apart, according to our treatment page, is real-time imaging. The provider can see the layers of tissue on a screen while treating, which lets the energy be delivered precisely to the depth intended. That depth includes the SMAS, the structural layer beneath the skin.
The PRIME system fires its pulses faster than earlier versions, which our page describes as shortening the session and making it more comfortable. No downtime is required; minor temporary swelling or slight tenderness can occur and passes quickly. The lifting result is not instant. Some firming may be noticed after treatment, but the fuller change develops over two to three months as new collagen matures.
Our page recommends Ultherapy PRIME for mild to moderate laxity on the face, jawline or upper neck. If you are weighing it against radiofrequency treatments, our autumn piece on RF skin tightening explains how heat-based lifting works and why every option in this category asks for patience.
What is behind the tone doors, and why four or eight sessions?
Doors VI and VII hold the same choice at two lengths: a course of Pico Toning or BBL, taken as either four or eight sessions.
Pico Toning uses the same Picolite laser as door I, applied to pigment. Our page lists melasma, blemishes, age spots and freckles among the concerns it addresses, and recommends, in general, about three to five sessions at three to four week intervals, adjusted to skin condition. Sciton BBL is a broadband light treatment that our page describes as an upgraded version of IPL, used to treat pigment and support skin regeneration. Our BBL page notes that, because less scabbing forms than with a Q-switched pigment laser, makeup and face washing are possible on the day of treatment. It also says plainly that pigment can look temporarily darker depending on the skin, and improves with repeated treatment.
That last sentence is the reason both doors are sold as courses rather than single visits. Tone treatments work by repetition. One session starts the process; a series carries it through. Which device suits you, and whether four sessions are enough or eight make more sense, is decided at your consultation once a provider has seen your skin. Our October article on pico laser toning covers why the cooler months are a practical season to begin.
Both treatments come with the same instruction: use sunscreen continuously.
What is behind the volume doors?
Door VIII is Juvelook. Our page describes it as a collagen booster that combines PLA with hyaluronic acid, the same type of moisture-binding molecule found in skin. It is designed to improve elasticity and fine wrinkles and to encourage your own collagen production, so that volume builds naturally rather than all at once. A treatment usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.
One detail deserves honesty. The Thanksgiving door is one vial, and our page states that Juvelook is generally recommended about three times, at intervals of four to six weeks. A single vial is a start, not a full course. Ask at your consultation what a complete plan would look like for your skin.
Door IX is Radiesse, 1.5 ml, an injectable discussed in person at consultation.
How do you prepay and book?
The process has three steps, and none of them asks you to commit to a date or a location in advance.
- Open a door. Visit the Thanksgiving promotion page, find the treatment you want, and select Reserve.
- Prepay securely. Checkout is processed by Square. For the four taxed treatments, sales tax is added at this step.
- Book your visit. Our team contacts you to schedule at Manhattan or Bayside. Provider schedules differ by treatment, so we share the available dates and times when we contact you.
Your suitability is confirmed at an in-person consultation before treatment. Prepaying reserves the price, not the procedure.
What are the terms?
These are the offer terms as they appear on our promotion page, in plain form.
- The offer is available through November 28, 2026.
- Sales tax is added at checkout for Pico Laser Resurfacing + LDM, Exosome (BENEV) MTS, Ultherapy PRIME, and Pico Toning or BBL. Prices shown for these treatments do not include tax.
- Prepaid treatments must be used within one year of purchase.
- If you decide not to go ahead with your treatment, your payment can be converted to clinic credit toward a future treatment.
- Promotional prices cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- If a treatment is not right for you, or not the right fit for the result you hope for, you may switch to a different treatment or convert your payment to clinic credit.
- The offer is available at both Manhattan and Bayside.
Who should ask before choosing a door?
Anyone with a medical question should ask first, and the consultation exists to catch exactly that. Our LDM page, which applies to door I, lists the people for whom the treatment is unsuitable:
- who are expecting, breast-feeding, or have a positive pregnancy test before treatment
- who have medical conditions affecting the skin
- who take medication to thin their blood
- who have deep vein thrombosis
- who have an infection, tumour, or wound that has not fully healed in the treatment area
For every other door, tell us about pregnancy, medications, recent treatments and any skin condition before you book. If you are unsure, contact us before prepaying. A question costs nothing; the terms above mean a door that turns out to be wrong for you can still become something useful.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the Thanksgiving promotion last?
The offer is available through November 28, 2026. After that, the nine treatments return to their regular prices. A treatment you prepay before the deadline can be used within one year of purchase.
Do I have to choose Manhattan or Bayside when I pay?
No. You prepay first, and our team contacts you afterward to book at either location. Provider schedules differ by treatment, so available dates and times are shared when we contact you.
Is sales tax included in the prices?
Not for every door. Sales tax is added at checkout for Pico Laser Resurfacing + LDM, Exosome (BENEV) MTS, Ultherapy PRIME, and Pico Toning or BBL, and the prices shown for those treatments do not include it. The injectable doors are not taxed.
What if I prepay and the treatment is not right for me?
Suitability is confirmed at an in-person consultation. If a treatment is not right for you, or not the right fit for the result you hope for, you may switch to a different treatment or convert your payment to clinic credit. If you simply decide not to go ahead, your payment can be converted to clinic credit toward a future treatment.
Can I combine the Thanksgiving prices with another offer?
No. Promotional prices cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
